Hotel Engineering Project Overview (Asia Region)

This project is a comprehensive hotel engineering and construction project in the Asia region, covering major hotel investment and tourism development areas in East Asia, Southeast Asia, and South Asia. Guided by international high-end hotel standards, the project integrates planning and design, engineering implementation, custom furniture, and interior fittings, aiming to create modern hotel spaces that combine functionality, comfort, and regional cultural characteristics.

The project serves a range of clients, including high-end business hotels, resort hotels, and urban mixed-use hotels.  The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:

Hotel public space engineering (lobby, reception area, business meeting areas, restaurants, conference areas)

Guest room system engineering (guest room furniture, built-in furniture, soft furnishings, and functional amenities)

Back-of-house and support space engineering (administrative offices, staff areas, corridors, and public passageways)

Implementation of customized furniture and integrated space solutions
